A Career Built on Curiosity and Problem-Solving
Britt’s journey into the world of technology began when she volunteered to manage Salesforce at a previous company. With no one available to learn the system, she stepped up—and ended up uncovering a passion. That single decision grew into a rewarding career that includes multiple Salesforce certifications and extensive experience building solutions across industries.
“I raised my hand and figured it out,” Britt shared. “What started as a self-taught role became a full-fledged tech career.”
Driving Innovation at Vance Wealth
Today, Britt leads the firm’s entire technology ecosystem. Her role includes:
- Overseeing the product roadmap
- Ensuring systems communicate seamlessly
- Managing Salesforce administration
- Leading business analysis and technical projects
- Supporting a scalable and integrated client experience
Her approach is rooted in listening first.
“My job isn’t just about understanding the tech. It’s about listening to the team, identifying what they need, and turning that into a plan that helps us work smarter and serve better,” Britt explained. “We’ve already made some great strides, and there’s never a dull moment.”
For the first time in her career, Britt feels empowered to lead—something she values deeply.
“Now I get to be part of the decision-making, and I really enjoy that sense of ownership and collaboration,” she shared. “Plus, the people here are just wonderful. Everyone was so welcoming from day one.”

Life Beyond Technology
Britt lives in the Denver area, where snowy winters and mild summers give her the best of both worlds. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, painting, and DIY projects. She recently bought a new home, where she lives with her sister, two nephews, and her white Munchkin cat, Bella.
