To Our Vance Wealth Friends and Family,
One of the things we do at each year-end is reflect on our recent progress before looking toward the future. This year, as we reflect on the last 18 months, we’re filled with such immense gratitude for the tremendous growth we’ve experienced. In that time, we’ve added five new employees, and we’re on target to grow our revenue by more than 40%, which is significant and exciting. More exciting perhaps is that we owe this milestone, and each before it, to our clients. We are eternally grateful to call them part of the Vance Wealth family.
More than anything, we’re excited about growth because it allows us to provide even more value and support to the firm – the team and clients included. Here at the firm, growth allows us to build an environment where our team can create a fulfilling career path and find a place where they can call home. Perhaps more importantly, growth also allows us to serve more clients and help make a bigger difference in their lives and the lives of their families.
At home, we’ve been focusing on family, too. Before our oldest two left for college at Boise State University, I took Lauren and Kate on a dad-and-daughters trip up the coast. We stayed in Pismo and spent time in Avila Beach. It was really nice to carve out that time, just the three of us, right before Lauren was getting ready to head to school. Once the kids left for school, it was the longest Carmen and I had ever gone without seeing Lauren and Evan. Fortunately, we were together again soon enough for Parents Weekend in early October. It was great to see them settled in and enjoying their college experience. We all got to celebrate the start of the year with a football game, tailgate, and the famous Boise blue turf.
As we get closer to the close of 2021, we’ll continue to finish the year strong, focusing on what matters most – helping you achieve more.
