With an incredible memory and natural people skills, Tara White quickly grew past her role as administrative assistant and is now Vance Wealth’s Director of Productivity. As the glue that holds the office together, Tara has handled a wide range of duties, from marketing support to executive assistant work for our President John Vance. Now, in her new role, Tara will grow yet again as she supports the entire staff.

“Tara started as our office assistant about 2 years ago, and as her role began to evolve, she slowly transitioned into an executive assistant,” John said. “During this period of growth, I was finding that the team was relying on me more, and to keep things moving forward at a timely pace, Tara has helped streamline our collaboration. She keeps us super organized.”

In addition to her ability to support the team, Tara’s also well-known among clients as the person who goes above and beyond to make them feel at home in our office. An extrovert at heart, she enjoys meeting new people and connecting clients with solutions. She understands the importance clear communication and exemplary care play in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Outside the office, Tara lives with her husband and puppy in Valencia, and she enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and traveling to new places.
