As Director of First Impressions at Vance Wealth, Lauren Fox is excited to make hers as the team’s newest face and most eager collaborator. A lifelong Saugus resident, Lauren got her first chance to make an impression on the Vance Wealth team as a staff member at Valencia Country Club, where John Vance loves to practice his swing whenever possible. Her natural people skills and Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, made her an obvious choice, while her passion for outdoor recreation and healthy living, fit in perfectly with the company culture.

In her new role, Lauren will take on many of the office’s administrative tasks, as she cares for client needs on a daily basis and assists the team whenever needed. Additionally, she’ll help increase productivity and streamline the firm’s marketing efforts as she supports team members Tara White, Director of Productivity, and Shanele Stoll, Director of Marketing. Lauren is most excited to begin her career in a role where she can collaborate with others and grow with the company. “I feel very grateful to be starting my career with such a great group of people, and I hope to help the company grow as I do,” she said, adding with a smile, “I’m really excited to be here.”

Outside of work, Lauren fills her life with that same sense of passion and excitement. Whether she’s making the quick trip to Ventura for beach camping or hopping on her boyfriend’s dirt bike, Lauren loves being active and outdoors. And she’ll take any chance she can get to bring her rescue dog, a Boston terrier-pug mix named Roxy Bella, along for a fishing trip or hike.
