About 5 years ago, Shanele’s journey with Vance Wealth started during carpool on the way to a soccer game. John and Shanele’s daughters were on the same team, so as the two chatted during the ride, John asked Shanele if she would be interested in coming back to work, knowing she would be a perfect match for the company’s culture and core values.

 

When Shanele first joined the team, she worked as an Administrative Assistant but, quickly transitioned into Marketing Director. Today, Shanele’s role includes marketing, social media, event planning, community outreach and client appreciation.

 

When it comes to marketing, she takes a no-frills, authentic approach: Shanele believes, if you genuinely care about the people you serve, they will care about how you can help. She crafts and shares the Vance Wealth story in a way that aligns with the company’s core values. And, most importantly, she focuses on the people she serves.

 

Shanele also believes that achieving more should be fun! That’s why her favorite part of the job, aside from running social media and overseeing the production of the quarterly newsletter, is planning the parties. Heading up event coordination, Shanele plans the annual receptions, educational workshops and other social events of the season, and when there’s music, you can usually catch her on the dance floor.

 

Outside of work, Shanele stays busy by helping build the family business, Stoll Custom Machining, alongside her husband, Kevin Stoll. When she’s not growing local businesses or raising three teenage daughters, Shanele can be found enjoying the outdoors by going on a run in sunny Santa Clarita.
