With a passion for learning and growth, Operations Specialist Zach Johnson actively assists the advisory team in delivering top-tier service to both private wealth and business clients at Vance Wealth.

Born and raised in Santa Clarita, Zach attended Hart High School and continued on to University of California, Berkeley, where he played football for the Golden Bears and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

As Operations Specialist, Zach works in collaboration with the advisory team to serve client needs with a sense of urgency and ensure the seamless flow of information. Building core internal processes that shape the way Vance Wealth’s advisors are able to service clients, Zach is a pillar in the operations team. Zach particularly enjoys working with both the private wealth and business owner sides of the firm, as he learns all aspects of the business.

Most importantly, Zach shares the firm’s commitment to continuous growth, and he’s currently on the advisory track with plans to earn his Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation in the next few years.

Outside the office, Zach can probably be found on the golf course, where he spent much of his time growing up.
