Lauren Fox

Lauren's natural people skills and experience in hospitality make her the perfect fit as Director of First Impressions.

Lauren takes on many of the office’s administrative tasks, caring for client needs on a daily basis and assisting the team whenever needed. Additionally, she helps increase productivity and streamline the firm’s marketing as she supports other team members. Lauren is most excited to begin her career in a role where she can collaborate with others and grow with the company.

Outside of work, Lauren fills her life with that same sense of passion and excitement. Whether she’s making the quick trip to Ventura for beach camping or hopping on a dirt bike, Lauren loves being active and outdoors. And she’ll take any chance she can get to bring her rescue dog, a Boston terrier-pug mix named Roxy Bella, along for a fishing trip or hike.
