Nicki Colon, Director of Coaching & Implementation

With a passion for unlocking potential and a deep commitment to helping others grow, Nicki Colon brings an exciting energy to Vance Wealth as our Director of Coaching & Implementation. A key addition to the team, she helps elevate the way we lead, communicate and serve both our clients and one another.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Nicki is the youngest of four with three older brothers, an experience she credits for her grit and resilience. Raised by entrepreneurial parents, she learned early on the importance of discipline, hard work and holding a high standard of care.

Nicki holds a degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Massachusetts. She is also a Certified Corporate Coach and a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach, with training rooted in neuroscience.

Before joining Vance Wealth, Nicki spent nearly 18 years in servant leadership and advisor coaching. She served as a Vice President Branch Leader at Fidelity Investments and later as a Senior Private Wealth Advisor Coach at Raymond James. Over the course of her career, she led multi-billion-dollar offices and coached hundreds of financial professionals, helping them grow not just as advisors, but as people.

At Vance Wealth, Nicki leads the coaching and development of the entire team, including John. She focuses on strengthening the emotional intelligence side of wealth planning, helping advisors communicate more effectively and connect more meaningfully. She also serves on the Leadership Team, helping shape decisions that impact both the client and team experience.

But her favorite part of her role has always been the team itself. Of Vance Wealth’s core values, Nicki most identifies with a commitment to continuous growth—and she’s proud to work with a team that demonstrates that every day.

Outside of work, Nicki is passionate about fitness, reading and self-development. She enjoys CrossFit and Pilates and is an avid reader with a strong interest in neuroscience, psychology and human behavior. Her pursuit of self-mastery continues to shape not only how she leads and coaches, but also how she shows up as a mother, friend and person.
