Her experience includes system optimization and leading end-to-end implementations—all with a focus on aligning technology with business goals.

Today, Britt oversees the firm’s entire technology ecosystem, including Salesforce administration, system integrations, and internal process improvements. She manages the product roadmap and collaborates across departments to ensure every solution supports smarter workflows and scalable growth.
