As an Administrative Assistant supporting the Operations team, Nancy Patrick is the go-to support behind many of the streamlined processes and thoughtful touches that define the Vance Wealth experience. 

Originally from Newport Beach, Nancy attended University of Southern California and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance. She initially began her career in payroll and consumer lending before taking time off to raise her two daughters. After her kids reached high school, she re-entered the workforce as an Assistant Property Manager in the HOA property management industry, sharpening her skills in customer service, multitasking, and office management. 

“I’d heard about Vance Wealth from a couple friends, and they both talked about what a great place it was to work,” Nancy shared. “So, I decided I wanted to work for Vance Wealth. I reached out periodically over a couple of years, until one day I happened to see an ad for an open position, and I applied.” 

Today, Nancy’s role at Vance Wealth includes managing executive calendars, handling logistics for meetings and events, and keeping internal processes running efficiently through the firm’s knowledge-sharing platform. She also helps organize internal and client-facing experiences, contributing to the firm’s warm and thoughtful client experience. Whether she’s coordinating office operations or supporting the team behind the scenes, Nancy helps ensure everything runs with care and intention. 

“So far my favorite part of my job has been getting to know the Vance Wealth team and clients,” Nancy shared. “Everyone here is so dedicated to their role and focused on creating a positive experience. It’s been really great learning from everyone here.” 

Most importantly, Nancy is deeply aligned with Vance Wealth’s commitment to promote balance in life while maintaining a healthy urgency to get things done—a value she brings to every task she takes on. 

Outside the office, Nancy cherishes time with her two college-aged daughters, whether they’re adventuring together or simply relaxing with a good TV show. She enjoys DIY projects, country music concerts, and getting outside. She’s also passionate about her two English Bulldogs and volunteers with SoCal Bulldog Rescue. In her spare time, Nancy is pursuing a bookkeeping certification—driven by her love of learning and new challenges.
