Jason Lane, AIF®
Wealth Advisor
Jason learned at a young age to “save a little and spend a little.” With this understanding, he’s found the perfect fit at Vance Wealth – as he helps clients use the same mindset to create a path their own path to financial security.
Jason started his first job at the young age of 8, when he began cleaning offices for his father’s various business lines. A successful business owner and entrepreneur, Jason’s dad was the inspiration behind his passion for saving. By the time he was 10 years old, Jason started investing in the stock market and immediately fell in love with all things related to the markets and finance. He embarked on a lifelong career in the financial industry, gaining vast experience in varying facets including sales, technology and asset management.
As a Wealth Advisor, Jason helps his clients plan for every aspect of their financial future, from investing and tax strategy to estate planning and retirement savings. He loves working with families to help them pave their way to financial freedom and eventually build a legacy they can be proud to leave behind. After working with entrepreneurs for many years, Jason specializes in financial planning for small business owners as well as 401k plan design and other retirement solutions. But his truest sense of fulfillment comes from working one-on-one with anyone who is ready to achieve more in their personal and professional lives.
Jason lives with his wife and three children in Stevenson Ranch and has enjoyed serving in various capacities in the Santa Clarita community, not limiting to coaching youth sports. He currently serves as the Board Vice President for Family Promise of Santa Clarita Valley, a non-profit in the area. He earned his B.S. in Finance from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. from Western Connecticut State University. Although he’s a loyal Beaver’s fan, he’s now found himself a fan of USC football, since his nephew is an alumnus of the program. With a large UCLA following in the Vance Wealth office, his rooting interest has created a fun and competitive rivalry amongst his colleagues.
