With a background in information technology and a passion for helping people grow, Roseline Deronvil is perfectly suited to develop and implement the operational systems needed to help the Vance Wealth team grow according to plan. Born in Haiti and raised in Florida, Roseline did all of her schooling in Miami by attending college at Trinity International University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Economics, before going on to complete her Master’s Degree in Information Technology at American InterContinental University. Her graduate education covered a wide range of IT skills from programming and coding, to building databases and website design – an area of study where she earned a certification. After college, Roseline gained a diverse range of professional experiences with corporate positions in administration, project management, human resources, management and finance. In her most formative role, she worked for Martin Gottlieb & Associates as an IT Assistant and Project Manager while assisting the Chief Information Technology Officer. Her main responsibilities focused on various projects, HR tasks, including screening applicants, hiring and onboarding the IT team. With a background in management, HR and IT, it seems Roseline’s career has been leading her to this moment – an operations role that’s focused on people-first values and the streamlined processes that support them. As Operations Associate for Vance Wealth, she assists the Chief Operations Officer in establishing and refining the firm’s organizational systems and processes, as well as implementing in-house databases and introducing new technology resources to the team. Outside the office, Roseline enjoys singing, making creative projects and running her own organic skin and body care business from home. She also loves spending time with her husband and three kids, as well as entertaining friends and neighbors by bringing people together with authentic Haitian meals.
