Almost 15 years ago, Lisa’s daughter met John’s daughter in Gymboree. The two families became fast friends, and Lisa and her husband, Tom, became clients of the firm. During their annual client meetings, John routinely asked Lisa, a stay-at-home mom at the time, when she would return to work. With 10 years previous sales and business experience, the day finally came when Lisa joined the Vance Wealth team.

Lisa handles all internal operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for the firm. She oversees the firm’s goal-setting processes and keeps growth strategies on track. She ensures the firm works well together, and everyone has the support and guidance they need to move in the same direction toward common goals.

Lisa takes pride in aligning the individual to the team and the team to the overall company functions, to ensure consistent and cohesive progress for the firm and our family of clients. She also believes in the power of strong core values and works to implement them in all company functions.

In her free time, Lisa, her husband, and their two children enjoy quality family time including travel, dining at new restaurants, skiing and the rare moments everyone is together at home.
