Financial planning team expands presence in Santa Clarita, in response to local growth

Santa Clarita, CA — Prompted by 15 years of steady growth, financial planning team Vance Wealth purchased a new building in Santa Clarita, bringing its entire team under one roof for the first time.

Well, that team is growing. And we needed a roof big enough for all of us.”

The new building, located at 26491 Summit Circle, will open for clients on April 2, and the community is invited to a ceremonial ribbon-cutting and open house on Saturday, April 14 from 4-8 p.m. Clients and community members are encouraged to come celebrate with food, cocktails, live music and fun. Since 2003, Vance Wealth has grown from $5mm to $200mm assets under management and hired five additional team members.

A Valencia resident, Vance has been in wealth management for 20 years, 15 of which have been with Raymond James. He is highly invested in providing financial education opportunities to the Santa Clarita Valley, which will now be hosted in an expanded conference room in the new building.

With more space, high-vaulted ceilings and plenty of light, the new building provides better collaboration opportunities for team members, a new conference room and closer parking. Vance meticulously renovated the space to better serve the community in a comfortable atmosphere that inspires excitement for the future.

As Vance Wealth grows its presence in Santa Clarita, it will maintain its commitment to the Pasadena location, as well, where the Pasadena team continues to run the meeting location at 236 West Mountain St., in the Suite 115 Fountain Room.
